Explore Shetland Motorhome Hire – How the story began…
Our idea was born at the start of 2021, during the ‘Stay at home’ frustration of Covid-19. Sometimes we take for granted exactly what we have on our doorstep. Maybe that was the one good thing to come from the pandemic, realisation that you don’t have to venture far to see some of the most spectacular sights in the world…!
And so, Explore Shetland came to life.
Shetland has so many exceptional places to see and we spotted a lack of opportunities for families, couples and individuals for short term motorhome hire in Shetland. That’s where Explore Shetland comes in.
Our motorhome is large enough to explore wherever you decide to go, whether it be the Sands Of Sound beach in Lerwick, the Puffins at Sumburgh head or heading through the Isles to try and catch a glimpse of the Mirrie Dancers at Norwich Beach, Unst.
With a hot shower, fully functional kitchen, full size beds and an on-board toilet, all of your exploring is possible with us.
We are a family run business and look forward to welcoming you to our road trip family soon, helping you on your adventure every step of the way.
We are also pet friendly, meaning those four legged family members can come too!
